Darren Smith

Darren Smith has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2023.  He works at Whitlow Roberts Houston & Straub, PLLC as an attorney.  Smith says, “It’s an honor to serve our community through this outstanding organization. Our goal is simple, but vital; to make a lasting impact on as many lives as possible.”

Wendy Elrod

Wendy Elrod has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2023.  She works at Image Promotions as co-owner & administrator.  Wendy says, “A united and regional approach to offering services is exciting, and I’m proud to represent Marshall County as the United Way expansion begins.”

James Morrow

James Morrow has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2023.  He works at Bunge Chevron Ag Renewables as quality assurance manager.  James says, “I’m both humbled and excited to be a member of the board of directors of the United Way of Western Kentucky. The mission is to improve the lives of people in our communities.  Adopting this mission allows us to live out the words of John Wesley, ‘Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.’”

Rebecca Ferch

Rebecca Ferch has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2024.  She is the Employee Engagement Coordinator with Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership.

Brent Housman

Brent Housman has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2024.  He is the Senior Vice President and financial advisor with the Housman Group in the Paducah office of Baird Private Wealth Management. 

Katina Todd

Katina Todd has served the United Way of Western Kentucky since 2023.  She is an agent at Kentucky Farm Bureau.  Katina says, “I want to serve with United Way to make a positive impact on our community... to encourage, empower, and provide support to implement the mission and values of United Way.”

Dylan Street

Dylan Street has served the United Way of Western Kentucky since 2023.  He says, "I firmly believe our organization is essential in addressing the most pressing issues facing our region; education to healthcare to poverty alleviation. Through collaborative efforts, United Way plays a crucial role in improving well-being and building a better future for everyone in our community."

Leigh Ann Seiner

Leigh Ann Seiner has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2023.  She has served her family and community full time for the last twenty years. Seiner earned a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Murray State University.  Leigh Ann says, “The United Way of Western Kentucky provides support to many of our local non-profits that are close to my family’s heart and mission. It is an honor to be a part of this organization.”

Drew Hulette

Drew Hulette has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2023.  He works at Independence Bank as vice president of commercial banking.  Drew says, “The United Way gives hope to those in our community who need it most.”

Beth Hood

Beth Hood has served on the United Way of Western Kentucky Board of Directors since 2023.  She works at FNB Bank as a mortgage loan officer.  Beth says, “I am so excited to be partnering with the United Way, an organization that truly works together to improve the common good within our communities.”
