Retired United launched in September 2025 as a new initiative of United Way of Western Kentucky, providing opportunities for retirees to stay active through volunteer work, social gatherings, and community involvement. The group aims to recruit 100 active participants.

Membership is open to all retirees who want to stay connected, give back, and make Western Kentucky a stronger, more caring community.

Upcoming events include:

• Pickleball for Peanut Butter - Tuesday, October 20. A round robin style event, with peanut butter as the entry fee. • Paducah-McCracken County Senior Center - Date TBD  Join Retired United for a one-day community service project at the Senior Center to help them move in to their new location.
